FAQ
Questions about MediaRush
Clear answers about what we do, what we do not do, and how our Edmonton studio works with Canadian brands in 2026.
-
No. MediaRush is a media production studio based in Edmonton, Alberta. We provide media strategy, channel planning, creative production and paid media management for Canadian brands. We are not a life coaching programme, not a software-as-a-service platform, not a follower-growth or engagement-farming service, and not a get-rich-quick marketing scheme. Our team consists of media strategists, producers, editors and channel managers who work from a physical studio at 10165 114 Street NW.
-
No. MediaRush does not guarantee leads, sales, viral reach, follower growth, search engine rankings or return on investment. Campaign outcomes depend on market conditions, competitive dynamics, budget levels, creative execution, platform algorithm changes and factors outside our control. We commit to professional media planning, quality production and disciplined channel management — not specific performance numbers. All proposals include transparent assumptions and success metrics we will track together, with the understanding that results may vary.
-
We offer four core service lanes: media strategy (audience mapping, message architecture, media mix planning), channel production (paid social, programmatic, CTV and owned content programmes), creative production (video, motion graphics, static creative and editorial content), and studio retainer programmes (reserved production capacity with dedicated team access). All services are delivered from our Edmonton studio with national reach across Canada.

Submit a brief through our contact form with your goals, timeline and budget range. Within one business day, a team member will respond with a discovery call invitation. During discovery, we scope your media architecture, recommend a programme tier and provide a written proposal with deliverables, timeline and investment. Once approved, we schedule a kickoff workshop at the studio or via video conference to begin the first production sprint.

A studio retainer reserves production capacity at MediaRush on a monthly basis. You receive a named studio lead, priority scheduling across two-week sprint cycles, a shared asset library and monthly capacity planning sessions. Retainers start at 40 hours per month and scale to dedicated team arrangements. This model suits brands that need consistent creative output without building an in-house production team.

We work with retail, professional services, technology, healthcare, nonprofit and financial services organisations across Canada. Our team has experience with provincial market differences, bilingual campaign requirements and regulated industry compliance considerations. We do not work with industries that conflict with our values, including gambling promotion, unregulated health claims or deceptive financial products.

Production sprints run in two-week cycles. A typical sprint delivers 4–8 video assets, 12–20 static creative pieces, or a combination based on your channel mix requirements. Rush timelines are available for retainer clients with 48-hour turnaround on select formats. Turnaround depends on scope complexity, revision rounds and studio availability at the time of booking.

Yes, for channel production clients we can manage paid media budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms. Ad spend is billed separately from production fees and managed in your ad accounts with full transparency. We provide weekly performance reports and monthly optimisation recommendations. We do not mark up ad spend — our compensation comes from management and production fees outlined in your proposal.
